★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst food I've ever had. Mainly the vegetarian dishes are worst. Management is worst. They won't bother if you're hungry or what. They'll do whatever they want to do. I've got biryani that's bland and seemed like it was cooked a day ago. It's not at all hot. Veg fried rice and biryani were so cool and not tasty at all

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been visiting this hotel since 2005.
From last 1year this hotel became the worst hotel spoiling their own reputation.
The biryani which they are serving was similar to the streets targetting drinkers spicy.
I gave them feedback more than 3times, non of them responded properly including the owner.
For all food lovers please don't visit this hotel by considering the old taste.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had ordered fry piece biryani, fish fry and prawns fry..
The prawns fry was not cooked at all, half were only prawns and half were battered prawns..
The restaurant owner was not having any manners while I was speaking to him, being in Visakhapatnam he says he dosent know Telugu and wants me to speak in English..
The chicken fry pieces was also battered and kept in the biryani, the fish was also heavily battered and fried.. mainly he had seen that the there is no much fish in the fish fry..
Worst food experience with this hotel, I wasted 662/- rupees for this fit for Notting hotel..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very Worst Experience at Alpha, Even we are offer the management to pay packaging charges, they denied to pack our food.
We ordered 3 biryanis but we ate only 2 biryani portion and remained uneaten 1 biryani portion, we asked the manager to pack this for needy people, but they simply gave normal carry bag or suggest go to outside market and purchase foil bag to pack. Very Worst Management Views.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Is chicken biryani on your mind? Alpha offers just that. The entry to the hotel is under going maintainance so it is a bit dusty as you enter. One then has to place the order right there at the counter and walk up to the enclosed restaurant on the first floor. Service is decently paced even though there is a crowd. One biryani serves 2 people easily unless you are a big rice eater. However, there's just one chicken piece in each biryani. Biryani is light n tastes well.
If you wanna charge your cell while you eat, this isn't the place as they don't have charging ports.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No doubt food is very good 5/5 and will feel Hyderabad taste is available in Visakhapatnam. Hotel is located at prime location and offers dine in and take away at reasonable price.
For Dine in we need to go to second floor by steps, even lift was available but customer cannot use. Service is below average as floor, table, chairs are not clean and staff behavior is indecent. Experience 1/5.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ pathetic system they have, ground floor have to stand, see the menu, order and pay. Dining at first/second floor, huge dining hall. Service is not bad, for hand wash to go to one floor up that too inside rest room not cleaned properly. taste is ok, quality food. Average ambiance.
