★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very unprofessional behaviour of team alpha. I ordered 15 days ago but not delivered yet. Last 4-5 days , I am calling their staff to enquire about my order but no one is responding. Everyday, they are making false commitment.I would say, Don't purchase from these type of unprofessional team.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Most disgraceful way of treating their customers . The service provided was so bad that I would want to warn people to deal with this company. I happen to use them for installation of one window the job was supposed to be of 2 days once the window is ready their staff rompers me that they would do all relevant work and install the window without any delay and issue but I was shocked at their level of unprofessional attitude they left my window open for four days and tried to charge me more then what they had agreed to for removal service of old window . In my personal capacity thre people involved are thugs and don’t care about client service in any way .
