★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience ever. Guy told me he would serve us based on KG, 65/kg. My goods were 266 KG he lied to me, said it’s 400kg and charged me accordingly. Goods are damaged too. Took extra 13000 from me. Fraud fraud fraud

There were no damages to the goods and I must commend Alpha Packers and Movers Bangalore for providing really good and timely service. The fares that were charged were reasonable considering the amount of work involved.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They destroyed half my goods in transport including microwave matress and crockery.. they refused to give any insurance claim, despite taking insurance for 20k. They are absolutely horrendous and won't recommend this to anyone

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recently moved within Bangalore and availed their services. I never expected a packers and Movers group as professional and polite as Alpha were. They arrived earlier than the time they had given, and packed all stuff cleanly in a jiffy. Even though they had to wait for half an hour extra to offload, there weren't any complaints! Incredible.
The price I paid was slightly more, however I would still recommend if you want to have a stress free and thorough professional experience. Hats off you guys!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely pathetic packing.Told them to to pack certain items in certain way but they didn't pay any heed...even the head speaks so rudely..
I would strongly recommend Not to use their services.
You can find much better packers and movers with better people to deal with
It was a nightmare to deal with these packers and movers.
Absolute callous attitude!!
They do not care if your luggage breaks.
My cargo was damaged and when I complained about it they absolutely didn't care and said it's too late to complain.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very Very worst service provided by this packers and movers. I recently shifted Pune to Bangalore. Not received on time and when received totally damaged.
Absolute careless attitude and even the head (Mr. Anilkumar) speaks so rudely. They do not care if your luggage breaks.
One of my luggage not received yet and when I complained about it they absolutely didn't care and speaks very rudely. Pathetic service by Alpha packers and movers.
I WOULD STRONGLY RECOMMEND NOT TO USE THEIR SERVICES.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Alpha movers and packets are the worst. Inspire of inspecting previously they did not send the packing material in adequate quantity. Most of the things were not packed and just loaded in the truck. 3 times they had to call the truck. Please do not go for alpha as the experience is worst. No puntuality, no professional ism.
