★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good location though a bit of traffic noise is always there. Good design & ameneties like pool, average construction. Markets are nearby.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good location by Delhi road. About half a dozen good schools in vicinity. Nearby Rithani market has mostly all commodities available. Meerut's best shopping mall is there within a kilometer. The building has it's own Gym and Swimming Pul on the terrace.
However, construction activities are still ongoing in most of the floors (as on today the 31st Dec 2018). About one fourth of accommodations are only occupied now.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Residents Flates, in Patapur, Meerut area, the best part is location, all the stuff is available nearby Shopprix mall very close. Stuff used in building designs are very average, like toilet seats, and kitchen, lots of air was coming from windows. But I think that can be manageable,
