Highly incompetent, unprofessional staff. faced numerous problems for simple repair and calibration of audiometry machine. staff are absolutely clueless about what to do. To top it all, billing practices are opaque and they overly inflate their bills due to one reason or another, just to earn a extra buck. please avoid at all times!!!
