★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst hospital in terms of staff behaviour and facilities. Hospital run by a trust but charges such a private hospital.
Without advance payment they even touch the patient. They treat patients very badly such behaviour not expected with well cultured people. Specially, the worst thing here NICU staff wording, behaviour, senseless approach, harrasment and much more one can never expect with the hospital staff.
I was recommended by a close friend of mine but I had worst experiences in 4 days stay.
If the charges concern is not nominal as a trusty hospital which is more than a private hospital near by places such CRIBS is cheaper as compared to services and facilities.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service is perfect, and well taking care by labour room staff. Much appreciat the support. I will strongly recommend this Hospital. Labour room staff is so responsible ams honest, no money making mind, they focus on patient's health.in general ward room no. 119/1st, There is Amazing service given by the General ward staff. I strongly recommend, this hospital, gyni Incharge Sharley and staff is so cooperative, supportive and polite. Really happy ?? with services provided by them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was in room 115 at Alshifa hospital and the service by the nursing staff was an incredible experience. I had a surgery and every single process was handle amazingly and I am well satisfied with the doctors,the surgeon Dr Mukesh and housekeeping not the least the guards too… alhamdolillah!!.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My mother was admitted here. She was admitted in emergency. She was for 2 days on ventilator. Alhamdulillah was discharged now. She is Ok l now. Thanks to Doctors. All staff of this hospital is very polite and helpful. patient care and admin staff also good and helpful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great experience as a first timer. I visited the emergency as I was in a lot of pain and frequent vomits. I barely waited to be helped when I checked in. Turned out I had perforated appendix. Dr. Motilal performed my surgery and I was taken good care of. The staff and Doctors were all very friendly and helpful. I especially loved how everyone really took their time to explain my conditions with me as well as my treatment options. I had a great visit and the doctor’s demeanor has really put me at ease so I highly recommend this hospital.
