★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ALT balaji is carrying on an FAKE PROMOTIONAL display banner on their app wherein yearly pack of 300 will be at 120/- if payment made via Amazon pay..
They charged me 240/- n when contacted Amazon they said we are not offering such promotional cashback.

But the content they create for the web is dropping the national IQ level by a couple of points per web show. As awful as can be. As sleazy as can be. It's like TV on the internet and I mean that in the worst possible way.

Pls return our amount if u people can't handle this app properly.
I have paid for full one year subscription but it is not yet getting started.
Please resolve our issues or refund the amount.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been subscriber for this App since 2017. My third renewal payment was automatically debited from my iTunes account , but I am not being able to view any premium web series now. This has happened post RENEWAL . I have been writing to their support id for last three days and requested on Twitter as well but if no avail. It looks like that they are just not able to understand customers pain. FERVENT REQUEST PLEASE IMPROVE YOUR SUPPORT SYSTEM ??

I have mail twice but no reply received from support team.
I have also contact through phone no but call also is not available.
Now how to contact customer care to solve my issue..the worst app which is not resolving issue on time.
