My experience with Aluminium Eterprise is very poor . This place is very near to my house. I was looking for a slim fancy ladder (ghoranchi) with at least 6 feet elevation from ground. I told them repeatedly about my required height. I was told that the heavy duty normal style ladder is Rs-2500 and fancy ladder is Rs-3000 (higher than Chandni chowk but I consider the distance from my house.This place is within my walking range) and both are of 6 ft elevation. I decided the fancy ladder as my storage space is very tight. After buying (no bill was given in any form), very next day, when I started working I realize that the ladder is not at all 6ft as I was told. Only 5ft 2 inches when opened. Unfortunately, I had some urgent jobs to do in my kitchen loft and to gain access in the loft, I need at least 6ft elevation from ground. Due to short height of ladder I fell and got severe rib cage injury and have to face huge medical expences along with stay in home (for 1 month)order from my doctor. I informed them the matter very next day and was told that they will replace the ladder after inspection. After one month I took the ladder in its original plastic wrapping in their office and after thorough inspection they replace the ladder but unfortunately, with a normal ladder which was priced Rs-2500. After repeated request I got no refund of excess 500 rupees(previous ladder was Rs-3000). Not only that, this new ladder is also not full 6ft when opened, it is only 70 inches not 72. I lost my 500 rupees and my requirement is also not fulfilled. In this circumstances, also to note that behaviour of the owner with retail customer is not at all upto the mark.
