β β β β β You must wait an hour to get part even if you are the only one present. Takes forever for them to listen to you. If they have only one part then they will simply say NO. As it too much of a task to find one part for you. Don't go there until and unless you have few hours to spare. They rarely are quick to help or give parts.

β β β β β Very very slow process. Just to give the Air-Filter, they took almost 15 min. For the delivery as the item get billed 3 times at the different 3 places. Process needs to get updated.

β β β β β Place for genuine Maruti spare parts and staff is also friendly but the service is extremely slow. Keep a good amount of spare time with you if you are going to buy anything from them. They are located at a convenient location but keep in mind that they are closed on Sundays and they close by 6pm on working days. Plan your shopping accordingly.
