First let guide you its surroundings its adjacent to police station “shehar kotwali” also known as city police. In front of the office are many shops which offers juices, clothing, electronics, photocopy , legal advise so as to know how to file the paper before presenting it to the officer and much more.
As you enter the office there is a big barrier in form of a chain if you are coming by a car but if you are walking there is no barrier you can directly proceed without any form of checking. Also one point I would like to mention that there is a window for distributing the various form paper for registration or for other reason.
There are two ways on the left hand side there is parking not free, on the right hand side there is the office where all the agents sits more than 100 agents which do your partial work like completing file and guiding you like what to do next. After that you go to the officer and asks him or her to see your file and approve it by signing or referring to the other department.
The process is very complicated and time consuming because of the poor management and the bad attitude of the employees.
