★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First i would like to start with some good thing that i have seen in the company is they have good working environment and friendly behaviour with everyone.
HOW THIS COMPANY DONT HAVE A JOB SECURITY
Now the main thing is they hired me for a position they trained me given me the intent letter then they told us in training that we'll have some 3 rounds of process interviews and if we fail we'll have to leave.
The batch was known as (BRP) Business Resource Pool where they train us and put us into the process as per there requirement, ok i agree with this but what after this.
I got trained sored good in assesments as well but when they take process interview they didn't asked even a single question related to our trainig or process.
They ask us about introduction and previous work experience and reject saying communication isseus.
I got trained for 15 days and then they gave me a resignation form and asked us to leave saying not sure about your pay for this working days we'll send you email regarding this.

SO THE THING I WANT TO SAY IS PLEASE DON'T GO FOR THIS BATCH KNOWN AS BRP.

I worked here for 2 years and those were the amazing 2 years of my life. The kind of growth and learning I had in this company is still helping me in my current job. I had the best manager who always helped me to pursue my goals in my personal as well as professional life - I miss him a lot. I will always miss my time spent here. Since the day I started working here I was able to solve and create a balance in my personal as well as professional life. Throughout the COVID situation from 2020, the company has always supported its employees and treated them like a family, from free vaccination drives to WFH implementation in critical lockdowns. The kind of environment, culture, growth, learning, and infrastructure this company provided always helped me in my individual growth with respect to time. While working in this company I was able to set my long-term and short-term career goals with the right guidance everyone provided me here. I would also like to appreciate the HR department as they were always there to resolve all of my issues on time and helped me to grow here within those 2 years of my life at every step. The HR department is an amazing asset to this organization. I will always love to go back and work for Aminfoweb if I had to at any point in my life. Life becomes easy when you are working with such an amazing employer. It is the most employee-centric company and an amazing place to work.
