β β β β β Worst ever service! I'll not suggest this to anyone no matter how urgently you want to get your appliances get fixed. These people will just make it worse.
Incident 1 : To fix water motor MCB as it was not working properly. They sent someone to fix it but the guy fixed it temporarily and it got crashed again. And after calling them and asking to get it fixed they just delayed it and never actually sent anyone to fix.
As it was near to our place and had older repo, we thought to give them another chance.
Incident 2: Drain motor of Top Loaded Fully automatic machine got crashed so we called them to fix it. The only issue with washing machine was that it was not draining out the water, rest was working fine.
They took the machine to their shop for fixing and the worst nightmare got real.
They deteriorated the machine motor so badly that it was making loud noises/ clunk.
And again same thing! They refused to take the blame on them and asked double prize to fix it.
Note : They actually don't have many worker at their place so they usually take the appliance at their place and get it fixed by some other third party resources.
Pathetic service overall!
