★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor customer service..ordered a different style mirror and get got me different mirror..and they argued that we ordered that mirror..they keep saying yes to everything and later fail to deliver and blames the customer for their mistakes..not recommended and if you give the order please record everything for future reference as they will call you a lair later on..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Highly disappointed by the service provided by them. They took over 3 months to get the job done for simple bathroom mirrors, and were not very receptive to our calls for timely installation. Not to forget the first attempt at installation was made unprofessionally where the mirror fell because the fixing sheet wasn't given time enough to dry, resulting in the same coming off (and the mirror shattering)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst service you can ever get. They are not bothered of taking orders, waited for 4 weeks to get quotation but no call or response from them as if they are not bothered to take orders. Not picking up calls. Simultaneously rate of glasses also increasing every single day. I am in total loss now because of their no response .Now if I order from different shop I have to pay extra 4000 Rs. because of increased rates. Never ever go to their shop. I made a mistake trusting them. Totally unprofessional.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience ever .Please don't give payments before checking your glass. After taking payment they don't listen to your problem at all. I have never seen a Owner which is so badtameez ,rude, ill-mannered. They don't deserve even a single star. Minus mei kucch hota toh de dete.
