★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have booked a room in this hotel via Agoda customer service after reaching. Hotel told they don't have room. It is very unprofessional and rude behaviour. Though I confirmed one day prior via phon for rooms availability and it was confirmed. Never book in this.
Is it mandatory to pay amount in advance. I called and ask that room is confirmed or not you have assured room availability.
