★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic experience.. gave us an appointment to come in the evening.. when we went there, the lady didnt even came down to talk and asked her assistant to tell us to come 'tomorrow' as maam is tired and sleeping. First impression is last impression. I will never go here again even if this is the only boutique in the city.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst boutique ever...they charge like designer boutiques but the quality of work that they provide is so down market...the owner herself doesn't take responsibility of any of your dresses bcoz she is busy in her tours nd ur expensive dress materials are carelessly taken care by her employees...who even don't know how to take the proper measurements nd do the hamming properly....moreover u have to go again nd again to collect ur dresses since they can't provide the fittings in a single go....

Sadly, she's far from honest, reputable or understanding of customer service/relations. She calls everyone "Doll" as if she were a cheap cigar smoking throwback private eye from the 1950's without the honor and code from the era. Her clothes are not as described, stinky and illegitimate.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ she is really talented but she doesn't listen to the customer's preference. she will do her own thing regardless of what you want, like if u told her to keep quarter sleeves, you will find half sleeves kurti when you come to pick the suit up or if you told her 'boat neck' she will do normal round neck. her employees hardly pay attention to the details that you want for your suit. i think she should pay more attention to customer's needs.
