The smart City is so large that you need to have your Own vehicle if you reside within the different clusters.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ To much bureaucratic. Lot of security as of it's a high secure zone.
Took us 10 minutes to reach a first floor flat after we parked the vehicle and though we never used the lift.
I wonder what the residents do in emergencies.
They pay so much but then they lose quality of life in spending so much time entering and leaving their house.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Apartment is very nice, all facilities available within, kids have ample play area, the scoops are designed beautifully.
The living room is quite specious but rooms are small. Kitchen and bathrooms don't have proper Ventilation.
Open duct area in kitchen Utility (dry balcony) is difficult to manage and attract pests.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the most creatively designed residential building in Pune. It has 10 towers but feels like one single tower, as all of them are linked to each other. It has variety of apartments ranging from 1bhk to penthouses. The variation in the apartment is not just on the no. Of rooms but on carpet area and multi-floor apartment style. This society also offers service apartments which are limited in quantity and I think are accessible only to the owners and tenants staying in the society. Double storey parking, lavish swimming pool, huge gymnasium, multiple kids park, basketball courts central park and a few daily needs shops as well as exceptional shops such as wine shop, 2-3 eateries, multiple medical shops and a small clinic, dental clinics, physiotherapy clinic. This place also has one amazing momo selling guy. Though his chop counter is very small, basically a single table based counter but has wide variety of momos - must try.
I am pretty sure anyone who has experience of staying in future towers would have found it extremely hard to leave this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great architectural design ??. This place has everything in itself. Security is very tight at the entrance which makes this tower super safe. Even the Security guards and staff members are very helpful and kind.
