Amanora Town Centre (ATC) is a shopping mall in the precincts of Amanora Park Town. On 11 August 2012, this mall was named as the 'Best Shopping Mall' by The Confederation of Real Estate Developers Associations of India (CREDAI) in the CREDAI Real Estate Awards 2012 ceremony held in Mumbai.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You are not allowed to welcome any guest after 11 pm if your surname doesn't match your guest surname. Firstly, they security stops your guest(even if they have travelled from you hometown just to meet you) and security will take around half hours only for checking your and guest ID cards. If your surname matches guest surname, then only they will allow guest to enter otherwise you and guest know where to let then go and stay even after having your own home in this posh area either you are married or single. If you have to call your guest,even relatives, they should have your surname only, security don't even allow your wife or their family if her surname is different

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible experience living in Trendy Towers 33 .. there is a cement factory right in front of the building due to which there is continuous nlise and air pollution and this issue has not been handled by Amanora administration for years .. they keep passing the blame on PMC or private owners but are not taking any substantial steps to stop this activity which is clearly a health hazard as chronic exposure to cement is know to cause cancer and various other problems .. very insensitive and careless attitude of the administration with plausible deniability.. absolutley disappointed with such unprofessional attitude ..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rules and policy are not tenant friendly and some owners are very rude and unprofessional, then can go beyond any limits to not refund security deposit and management doesnt care to take any action. But if tenant is at fault, the management will suddenly become active with all sorts of rules.

They've been regularly dumping tons of plastic & paper waste in open grounds behind Adreno towers. Look at the pictures and video.
