★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was purchasing items for the last 3-4 years for my home and my apartment as well. Price and product no issue in terms of rate and quality. Everything was good till now, But today I observed completely different behaviour from both owner brothers.
One day before I purchased some products for 1K. But yesterday night When I was checking one product was missing. When I informed about this incident to both brothers, they were not accepting that by mistake it can be happen to their staff. They believe in their staff words but not on the customer who is coming from past 4+ years and surprisingly product cost was only Rs. 60/-. They were saying I am telling lie who is coming from 4+ yrs for Rs. 60/- only. So again I paid the amount.
Now I feel both brothers and their staff are not human, they have some supernatural power. The computer can do mistakes but they can't.
I am absolutely not going to visit their shop and not going to suggest anymore now. If anyone is visiting make sure to check the product twice before leaving the shop otherwise if u have bad luck u will be at a loss because for them money is everything, not the customer relationship.

He gave me a quote printed out for 20 items in just 5mins, while the other electrical shops in and around Kaggadasapura were too busy to provide a quote. Best price and I recommend Amar.
