★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a govt enterprise for all Shantiniketan handicrafts. Price is almost same as the others. It's far from the main Shantiniketan area. The money u pay for traveling to this place doent compensate for the shopping from main market. Almost same stuff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It’s a treasure place for those are love boutique & handmade products. Price are reasonable place is also very peaceful. It’s besides the ‘kopai river’ (কোপাই নদির তীরে). Kavi guru Rabindrnaath Tegor has written many poem & stories in this place.

Very good range and wide choice of katha-stiched garments to ethnic jewelry. Metal, buffalo horn and such like.
A local kitchen called Hesel nearby for those who get hungry while shopping/browsing.
A podium for boul singers belting out soulful presentation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amar Kutir is basically a hub of handicraft goods. You can buy amazing leather prodcuts, Katha Stitch clothes etc. The place is very peaceful with good people working there. you can also visit the place where they make the products. It was an amazing experience.
