★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1-star only because of their pathetic sales team and their attitude towards customers who do not agree upon their quoted price which is ridiculous!
This is especially for their VP Sales, Durgacharan Banerjee and their Sales Representative Parminder Singh who seriously need a break from their job.
Price is too high considering the carpet area of the property.
Do not ever consider this builder and their team.

Best project to settle in for end use. Once the New Baner Pashan Link road gets developed, this project will definitely appreciate.
