★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you are planning to buy something in Kedia...stay few months in their property on rent...you will know that they abandon their project after completion and thus they take maintenance cost at once and not on monthly basis...you need to pay every single cost related to proje t even after paying maintenance cost in full...
