Project is located 10 minutes walking distance in Manipal Hospital road in a clean and green space surrounded with Vijaya Kiladri and Indra Kildari hill views and needless to say how close is Krishna river for walk or recreation.
If you are looking to buy flat or invest, I would highly recommend taking a look and of course the decision is always yours. you wouldn't feel a single statement I made is inappropriate after you visit.
Highlights of the project are open ground in the center of the community with a swimming pool, park, amenities building, open air theatre, and visitors parking accessible equally to all houses.
Ventilation is guaranteed for all blocks and flats. Build quality is excellent. I visited almost each and every project around Tadepalli and did not see so much ground left for the community even when I was ready to go for premium range.
