★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Total rip off and I lost Rs 800. I have an Elite I20 petrol car which needs 35 Ah battery. When I contacted this person named Manojyoti Ghosal , he said 45 Ah battery would fit well for my car. He tried to file down battery post with sanding paper to fit into car's terminal as the battery was big for my car. However he failed to file down enough to fit into the battery terminal and left it by saying to change my car's battery terminals to thicker one. When I contacted Hyundai car mechanic he advised aginst that and asked me to use only Hyundai recommended battery model which 35 Ah battery. Manojyoti agreed to take back the battery which he tried to filed down earlier but now he charged me Rs 4600 which is Rs 400 more than market price. Also I spent Rs 400 for Hyundai car mechanic. I lost the money as I believed the person selling car batteries knows his job and should know which battery fits into which car. Also filing down battery post to fit car terminal could be disaster for my car ECU which might cost me dear in future. I am sad to face this kind of situation for such simple work. Please be careful.
