Its affect the customer service of amazon as well as its makes negative imapact on goodwill of Amazon becouse people only know the name of amazon thay do not have knowledge about who delivering product on the behalf of amazon. As well as i would also like to share one more thing whenever we order something than delivery boy always ask us to meet him in a he is not delivering the product at home. Why? Who is answerable for this? People asking these questions to AMAZON.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor customer services. Amazon need to work on it and employ a better educated staff, who knows how to handle queries and are customer oriented. They are acting as if they doing us favours by making products reach to us and they are bias. Very poor, don't even deserve a single star.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Their Delivery Agents are worse of them all. I'm trying to get Two items from the beginning of September. However, they're being returned to the seller frequently, without my approval. It's in Amazon's policy to deliver the item to the doorstep, despite Agents lie and consistently creates unnecessary disagreement to not come in the provided address, even though the bike can reach the address easily. When I contact the service chat, they all provide me the same statement "Please place a fresh order, and I'll personally deal with it" although that never occurs the cycles repeated Six times in a row till now.
Not every customer have the time to deal with your services pathetic Agents every time they place an order. Teach them some discipline. -ve rating.
P.S - The provided number never answers calls.

You need to hire professional delivery agents atleast they didn't even have the soft skills. Asked me to collect the orders from 250 mtr back from my location. I have asked him to deliver it at my location on main road. But he denied and cancelled the order.
One day you will shut your office because of this unprofessionalism and misbehaviour.
Also complaint at Amazon about your office.
