*1)HORRIBLE Service.WHY???? *2)PANCHLA Amazon Curier BOYS do NOT DELIVER d PRE-PAID GOODS. *3)THEY give *FALSE REPORTS* that the CUSTOMERcan NOT be contacted!!!. 4)CUSTOMERS keep on WAITING for d GOODS,but PANCHLA does NOT DELIVER. 5)AMAZON & PANCHLA both are CHEATS! 6)AMAZON Co should PUNISH these FRAUDS!!

Doing fraud with customers , Since they charge whatever they want but gave the different item without tags and dirty like packed after picked from dustbin .now when i talked with total 4person from customer they said first you will get another good quality product and same which mention in picture and details, but without my information they cancelled and mark as refund which i don't know now after that again customer executive said no you wont get replacement ,because you cancelled and now you have take refund and two delivery boys came and rejected to take back the item because no tags no details ,the delivery boy also talked to the customer executive Mr.Bijal P from Gujrat for same but now they are saying i have to wait till 11.jan for return than you will get money back which i don't want i want the product with excellent quality as mention and same shown at picture .

This is the worst experience of my life. I had ordered cat food for my cats on a one day priority delivery because i was low on stock of cat foods. They promised to deliver it the next day. I waited the entire day to see my order getting shipped because i knew that i have nothing to give my cats after evening since their snacks were finished. Till 9:30pm the status showed "item packed". Before that i had already contacted the customer care and they assured me my product will reach by 10pm. At 9:45pm i got a notification saying that my products were refused upon delivery. This is absolutely sick!! My cats are starving and these people are saying that i refused to receive the order!! I did not even get any update on my order getting shipped, how come it got refused?! This is extremely disgusting. I contacted the customer care again and all they did was apologize and assured me that i will get my money back in 3-4 business days. I am never ordering anything from here again.

Just Rascals they are.From 2020 i face a issue no one pickup calls. Amazon provide phone number to trace courier but no one pickup calls all the time customers phone number blocked. This new town hub's all peoples are just bust**d. Don't purchase anything from amazon if new town hub is persist
