★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Society committee isn't working since last 2 years and hence society is not maintained in good way. Infrastructure problems are there and hence not suggested to go for buying a property or for rent. Poorly maintained and old society.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Society is quite old. Bigger flats. Good connectivity. Water shortage issues. Frequent power cuts.You will feel like living in remote area. Some RCC columns are entirely separated from buildings due to crack. Rent little higher. Little riskier for building 7. You will always find a gang sitting down at building 7. If you can consider 2-3 km travel further down Dhanori road you will find newer and better societies.

Needs to keep mainten as previously it was.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pretty old society with extra spacious homes. Basic amenities includes kids playing space and free parking space nothing else. Maintenance is poor. Security is not great. No power backup. No intimation of power cut and water supply.
