★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wanted to share my hospitalization experience here.
I'm very lucky to get my hospital admission on time when I was hospitalised my spo2 is 78-80 and very high breathing issue but by God grace I m hospitalized on time. Since, 12-14 days complete treatment I'm absolutely fine and back to normal stage.
I would like to thank each and everyone who all are involved in the hospital. I'm really happy with the treatment, proper tracking of patients health, immediately oxygen support, every patient have a concentrator, proper injections & medicines given on time. They all are life savers and I believe the kind of support & facilities here are commendable and much better than any private hospitals but ICU/ventilator support wasn't there if any patient required these support then find out some other hospital.
Doctor are well explained about your health status and keep tracking your BP, Sugar, Spo2, Blood sample collection, chest xray and even Remedisever dosage also provided if required. Discharge process is a little mess here and sometimes it get delayed but anyway if they are helping to save patients life then it can be adjustable.
Over all I'm really really happy with all kinds of facilities provided to the patients and I would also like to thank Delhi Government to create such a great hospital and staff are appointed.
I know thank you wasn't enough for what they are doing for the patients as a gesture but seriously this comes from my bottom of my heart and I personally recommend to this hospital if any patient required immediate help & support.
My 5 ***** cents to this hospital and I hope we will see more and more patient are getting discharged very soon.
Keep up the good work team and well deserve the applause.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is an excuse for dying. I was admitted here for covid19 complications. It took hours before I got registered and was provided oxygen in the emergency ward. Another three hours before I was officially taken as a patient. Once admitted, I was put on a oxygen concentrator, which was not functioning, I only realised this once during the sleep the oxygen rubber pipe broke off, and I was able to breathe more comfortably without it. I was here for two days, suffering from 105 degrees F fever, and acute covid19 symptoms, no doctors or attendant came to visit or check, my own family member was providing me food and medicine. The hospital food was served 100 meters away from the ward, patients were collapsing in 10 meters of walking. In two days, doctors came once and gave common oral medicines to everyone. No temperature and blood pressure was taken, but my fake reports were given to my family members and friend. They were doing fraud, all fake reports they were circulating. While I and many other patients were dying in the ward, no one came to check. The patient next to me did not even get oxygen. I gave up hope and called my family member to extract me out of this place. I had to use very high profile people to get me removed from the hospital). Once my family member started my transfer procedure. Two doctors came and started mistreating me and started to say that they treated me and checked me, which was all lie. It was because of pressure from very high profile people, they let me discharge, otherwise they were blocking my discharge. During discharge, again they created a discharge summary with fake data. I was removed from there, I survived, another overnight at this place, I would have been dead. Do not trust this hospital.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My father Dr Md kapoor who was low on oxygen was admitted 4 days back. My father was in continuous contact as he kept on saying there is no Dr or Staff to look after them. The Dr hardly visited in a whole day & on Saturday I got call from my father's mobile his oxygen level is low attendant is required for him i went there to see him on Saturday saw the O2 pipe in his mouth & hadn't eaten for whole day when I went to ask the staff or Dr there is nobody there to answer or give you his medical status. On Sunday I arranged for an attendant for him to take care but in 2 hrs time my father passed away. What treatment is being provided at this hospital. I feel it's better to stay at home than get the person admitted in hopeless hospitals like this .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a close relative admitted in the Covid ward of this hospital & it was a nightmare for him out there, the condition of patient was critical & the only support which he received at the hospital was an oxygen concentrator. There were no doctor visits in 5 days of his stay at the hospital , cleanliness was not even a question for the staff. Patients who were unable to walk for 10m & had breathlessness were asked to go get their food & medicine on their own, which several patients skipped since they were not in a condition to make those efforts. It is indeed good to not have such hospitals than to operate as a death bed. Dead bodies of patients were lying unattended in the ward with patients under treatment for as long as 16 hours, what moral would it build for those fighting the disease ? I am sorry to have even mentioned the word “moral”, I am sure if there was any left it wouldn’t have the situation of no doctors attending the patient for their entire duration of stay. What is worst ? Patients were given open medicine tablets the name of which were not shared , patient didn’t know what medication was ongoing, line of treatment etc , if they get discharged & move to another hospital they wouldn’t be able to share their medication history with the new doctor. Fake discharge summary were created with details like SPO2 level & temperature at the time of discharge while nobody even measured those. Why we got our patient admitted here was because we didn’t have another bed available but this was a risk of life to the patient. Better to have had arranged oxygen at home & consult a doctor remotely for medication. The hospital administration must be questioned on what exactly were they doing & how were they treating the patients without having seen them ? If they are scared they should choose another profession & not risk the precious lives of others. Doctor is a noble profession especially when you are working at a govt hospital.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This “hospital” cost my mother her life. She was not taken care of at all and not given the right treatment. No oxygen, food or water was made available to her at the right time, nor any doctor was available for assistance. Even though it's a Covid hospital they didn't even have an ICU OR Ventilator service. It lacks all the services that a patient requires to get cured. The front desk was unresponsive and never had any updates on my mother. This hospital is a dishonor to the medical fraternity.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They have good treatment for covid
As doctor's teams are highly qualified and professional
As my mother in-law and father in-law both admitted in the hospital 10days back
Cleanliness at it's best
Their washrooms were neet and cleen
They will follow full covid protocols
Medical facilities were good with oxygen support as needed
If you people want bed so they have prepared 600 covid bed and most of them are vacant.
OPD services are also there in the morning
Parking for two wheeler and four wheeler also available
Guard also available at the entrance gate
Ambulance service also available for covid patients aswell
CM Kejriwal's team doing a great job
Food is not so good
As they will give rice and poha to patients with cough as well
One day they give paneer sabzi and that was too spicy
