★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I purchased and still using different MI mobiles. I am happy with quality provided by MI at reasonable prices. But unfortunately my mobile dead only after 20 days of service. Then I hope that it will be serviced properly without any cost as per MI Warranty conditions. I reached at authorized service center of MI in Ujjain city, Madhya Pradesh, India (Amber Computers ,25/2, Vikram Marg, Behind S.S Hospital, Freeganj, Ujjain(M.P) 456010). I felt very insulting and cheated at this service centre due to so many reasons as following-
1. The behavior of this worst Service center's owner Mr. Amrish Bhatnagar is very bad. He treated customers like his servants and misbehave with every tone of his words.
2. This worst service centre never follow the listed timing hours of service i.e. 10:30 AM to 07:30 PM. It follows the timing of 11:30 AM to 05:30 PM with 2 hours of luch break from 01:00 PM to 03:00 PM. Remaining 4 hours are also using for misbehave customers not for service.
3. This worst service center charge Rupees 150 to every customer and force to pay without any receipt or pre-information for identifying the problem in phone. But in actual, he only make drama to check mobile. Because he hardly take upto 5 minutes and identify same problem of fault in main board and sub board in almost all mobiles. His motive is not to serve and to collect only those Rupees 150 by every customer either by hook or crook.
4. This worst service centre declared my mobile out of service without any satisfactory reason, charged Rupees 150 for no reason and made estimation of repairing cost of Rupees 4295.2 for redmi 4A which I purchased in Rupees 6000 only. While Other Serviceman repaired my mobile only in Rupees 350.
Therefore I and many other customers like me were insulted, misbehaved, cheated and feeling very disappointed by worst service of MI.
