★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I booked only the first floor of the place for a houseparty of 10 people, it was very spacious and nicely decorated with ample furniture and furnished kitchen, owner is also quite helpful.
The main thing lagging is the air conditioning in the common area and not much options for any necessities or deliveries nearby.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the most fraud and cheater of this property. We booked the complete Bunglow at 13000 per night for 15 nights where we get some hospital emergency after 5 nights and on requesting for refund this lady denied completely.
Never trust this lady to pay advance and check the house properly where you will see everything is broken and dirty.
Be fear from your God. And trust me by cheating and keeping our harden money you will never live happily.

Door bolt not working in Two washrooms.
She took booking for a marriage function and then refused to let us do the ceremonies.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nightmarish experience- that is the only thing that comes to my mind wrt to my stay there last week. Dysfunctional AC’s , false promises and ad hoc price revisions. It is better to stay in a Dharamshala than to go to this property.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Last week we had booked the property for marriage function. Owner Rupinder kaur is very unprofessional as she harrassed us by calling repeatedly around 10 times at night during the ceremony. ACs of the property are not working. We contacted her through Air bnb but she took our booking out of Air bnb and then she demanded for extra money after checkin. We had a very bad experience with the property and its owner.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience ever. This used to be our favorite place to stay one year ago. Looking at how the standard has dropped. We were checking in late at night as we were travelling but came to see dirty bedsheets. The whole floor was full of mosquitoes. We called the caretaker and he told us that he’ll get the bedsheets in the morning. Very unprofessional, untidy and not worth at all. Would never come back again!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic experience with the owner and the property. Dirty washroom dirty bedsheets broken locks and door bolts. No proper arrangements. We informed the owner prior about our celebration but she refused to decorate the place. She even demanded extra money as security with no justified reason, she asked us to vaccate the place at 11.30pm when we refused to pay extra money and she created a scene in the midst of our celebration. Highly unprofessional????
