I went to this outlet only because I won 3 coupon worth 50 each of this outlet. However, when I reached the outlet, it was the worst possible experience.
Firstly, the shopkeeper refused to take the coupons for orders less than 500 (even though the coupon clearly mentioned that there is no min amount to use it). On telling him to complain regarding the same on the app where I won this, he finally agreed to accept the coupon.
After that, when I started asking him the price of the products, he started quoting everything as 150. To deal with that, I asked the actual price to the customer who was just going to pay for the items he purchased, which was clearly less than what the shopkeeper was quoting. So, I had to choose from only those 3 items which the customer purchased in front of me as only those price would be reasonable. So, I decided to purchase Kalakand costing me Rs 480/kg. So, I asked him to pack 250 gm of it, and give me a chocolate for the remaining Rs 30. But the shopkeeper did not even accept that. He denied to provide chocolates for Rs 30. So, I had to increase the quantity of the sweet for the remaining Rs 30.
The shopkeeper, being a cheater, asked his staff to increase 25 gm for Rs 30. On this, I asked him to recalculate the quantity and provide me 312 gm as I was paying Rs 150 for that. Reluctantly, he had to accept that and he increased the quantity of sweet to 312 gm.
Not just that, the shopkeeper was not even willing to provide me with the bill of my order.
The coupons I won lost their value of I had to waste so much of my time and effort with such a shopkeeper. It was a terrible experience, and won't recommend anyone to visit this shop ever!!
