The person who is sitting in shop he has good art to be polite at the time of purchase and very rude at the time of selling.
I have purchased gold from here at the price of 47000/- (when gold was 29000) and after that when gold was 50000 and I visited to sell he told me to give about 41000.
Can you imagine what they are doing?
In bill it was 13.220 gm and when I melt it , it was 9.90 gm.
And billed gold and price was 13.220 gm
My personal bad experience so don't visit.
