★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We booked ambience 3years back and they commited for 2020 possession. They have been saying that it will be ready in 6months from past 1 year. But there is 0 progress..just ground floor and club is ready. Rest there is no progress. They have signed for RERA 2022 and I'm sure they will give possession at that time only.. This is really disappointing from such a big name, Ambience

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had booked the flat in 2017 and till date the progress is so damn slow. I visited in January 2021 and now its 27 June 2021 but still there's zero progress!!! All the people who visit here looks at the outer beauty of buildings, the halls, club, gym etc but no one looks inside the building.. there is no progress at all even the whitwash isn't done! I'm so disappointed right now that I wish to take back the money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sales person Paras Arora is doing fake promises is doing fake promises for possession just to increase his sales number. He is even worst to handle clients as why they go ask for possession he simply insult them . I want ambience to fire him ASAP. Possession and timelines are ok as sales teams is making fake promises just to increase
their numbers .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They are fraud & cheaters I have booked my flat since 2 years back till date I am fighting with them to get documents of their property to submit it to my bank for finance, in stead of providing the documents they only use to borrow time from us such a shameful organisation. I would like to appeal to everyone to ask them to refund our hard earned money with compound interest in fact I am suspicious that they are having valid documents and statuary clearances. Don’t rely on their fake statements.
