If one item cost is reduced by 20ps then another item's cost will be increased to 30ps even though you have purchased the same item for lesser price previously. They wont agree if the old bill is shown to them. Please recruit better sales executive who gives us more info to walk in customers rather than current people who have no patience to explain or to listen. They keep on bragging their stuffs rather listening to us.
