“Don't spoil your life , don't join this company. ” Pros If you are jobless and want some job any kind join this else don't. Cons Ambit S/W is very small scale company. Although they work on very good projects and tech. But there are many reasons you should not join this company. Except if you are not getting any job. Reasons are as below. 1) There is no work life balance, you need to work more apart from your working hours. But in returns you will not get any appreciation but the blame if anything went wrong. 2) Regarding appraisals , they have a cycle in July. But as soon as June started they usually show all your bad work only from last year. Usually they fire some leads/test engg. and developer saying that company and the project you were working on was not going good. This exercise is made to create fear for others if they ask for appraisals they will also get fire. 3) They usually not give hike to 80% people saying any nonsense reasons. 4) One thing is sure you cannot argue with Rakhi Ramaiya as she will be looking for all appraisals. She is so rude and no listening kind of person. She never listen for anything. 5) The height is that this year they have cut down Diwali, Cristmas, 1st Jan holidays also. They have only 4 leaves per calendar. They want you to use your leaves and not the company leave. So they don't want to pay a day's pay to anyone. 6) They have all policies benefits to company only and are variable as per company benefits. Like this year they created new policy you cannot use SL and CL together for any reason. 7) Many joined from very small company and left within a month seeing this nonsense. 8) For married girls this is the worst company to join. Usually if you got pregnant in this company they will harass you till you leave your job. They don't want to pay for your ML that's the reason. 9) Last year for appraisals they ask people that they will pay partial amount as per appraisal till Dec and will pay full after that, but that never happened. 10) This year also people haven't got their appraisals , no matter how hard they have been working. 11) Even who got completed 1 year before July, company asked them wait for more 1 year for appraisals. Show Less Advice to Management Don't always look for company benefits and making money. Take care of your employees as because of them you are.

There is no option for 0.5 star, else would have given that too?!! interview timing was 10.30 am. I reached at 10.35 am. The interviewers kept me waiting for 20 minutes after making me sit in a room where no fan, no AC was working!!! Plus the interviewers were quite haywire in asking technical questions. Trying to pull legs by asking deep technical questions, and after hearing answers and asking my personal opinion, as a BA, kept cross questioning, as If I am in a court and not appearing for job!!!!. People, you have got right to ask anything mentioned in resume, but that doesn't mean you should embarrass someone by pin pointing and going against each point!!! And BA has their own way of handling projects, plus CRM is not a joke to be handled and applicable for any project!!! You have your CRM, doesn't mean every company should apply your standards and implement 3 modules together in CRM!!! It requires domain knowledge and technical feasibility too!! Total waste of time and effort appearing for this company!!!! Totally disappointed.

I am the HR Manager at Ambit Software and I'm writing this review in response to one of the recent reviews posted by a certain Mr. Hiten Singh. I have to write a review as Google Reviews doesn't have a feature yet to respond to a review directly. Ambit Software has been into existence for more than a decade now and has employed many people over the decade long span, including people who have been working or have worked with Ambit for 10+ years. The employees working within the organization have concerns which they raise with the HR team and are addressed by the Management at the earliest possible. Mr. Hiten Singh, who came in for an interview and in the process spent about 2 hours in the office, has written an elaborate review about the company, the CEO, its employees and an HR team member (Not me). It seems like Mr. Hiten was not happy with the interview process, which is understandable, as our interview process is stringent and can be tough for some candidates. But, it is an extremely important step for Ambit's future and the HR team member & the CEO (who took out time to interview this candidate) are merely doing their jobs as part of the interview process. While Mr. Hiten or any other candidate is entitled to an opinion and the internet makes it extremely easy for them to share their opinion, the results of the interview process are not to be taken personally to form an opinion and certainly do not invite negativity against the company OR it's people. This negativity is unfair and therefore should be avoided. In conclusion, Ambit Software's management team is continuously working towards making it the best place to work. We wish the best for all the candidates (whether selected OR rejected), who take out their time to attend our interview process. Cheers!

Work: In many cases you directly get to deal with client and you learn the ways in which business is done. Management takes care of no repetitive work assigned to employee to maintain the work interest. Quality and intelligence will always be appreciated and payed off here. Management: It’s been a decade I am working with this management. You rarely see such polite and helpful people around you. They help people personally as well... and going out of the way. These things are not in public hence most of the people are not aware of it. Culture: Well..! this is something most of the ex-employee miss about Ambit. Very cheerful and helpful people. Management always looks for new ways to make their employees happy. It’s a transparent environment in Ambit and open door policy. Anyone can just knock the door and discuss their concerns (if any) directly with the management/HR. Ambit management people are very good listeners and they never pass a judgment call only by seeing one side of the coin. This orgnisation has brought out the best of me and I feel truely proud and obliged to have been associated with it. Cheers.. ! -Gaurang

Working with a company more than 2 years in HR Team as an Assistant Manager-Recruitment. Good place to work . Healthy work environment. Management is supportive. Employees are very helpful. All teams put there efforts to achieve the set targets.

Good culture, BEST supporting Managers ,Good environment. Freshers have lots of things to learn. You not only work here but also You enjoy your work.

Very bad company... Don't join this company if you get shortlisted in this company. They people will shortlist you after several rounds of interview that to with so much of gap in communication,they will say you are shortlisted finally ,will ask for documents & then they'll tell us to wait for offer letter ...but the time comes they're like there is issue from management side ... management is busy & so on...like that they'll not release offer & then the reason that position is freezed now as per discussion with Management .very bad experience...

I have been to many places for the interview. But this company is one of the best company,i have ever seen. I worked in Ambit Software as a marketing research analyst before a year.The managers,Team Leaders & all other employees are behaving very nice even with new joiners/freshers. Only the issue i was found is less salary than expections. The behaviour was very good & I would suggest to apply for such companies if you love to work in good atmosphere.
