★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rated Ambrosia is a buffet style place set up inside Clarks Exotica resorts and counted as one of their prime restaurants. It is worth a long drive to spend a hot summer day beside their pool and then at this beautiful outer space for the brunch of your life.

?Setup beside the pool after the rainy season with an amazing view otherwise they have well setup enclosed venue.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good ambience and variety of items in the buffet. Indian breads(roti/naan etc) were not up to the mark so the rating suffers. Curries and rice were good, dessert items were also good. Tip: don't take roti/naan etc from the buffet table. Instead you can order them at the table and get roti fresh.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited on a Sunday for lunch. Service was really poor. Had to stand up and call one of the staff every time. No one would come and check at the table at all. The continental food was good. Indian food was ok. Not great. Overall not worth the price. It's a very expensive restaurant. Good ambience.

First and foremost, very arrogant staff who don’t value their customers. Very few items on the buffet menu. Food is very delicious but the management is the worst. The staff don’t even respond properly to its customers. The staff denied their duties.
Customers are not treated in a good way even after paying 1300 for a buffet.
Ridiculous behaviour of the management.
Please avoid going, there are other good options.
Only visit if you’re ready to be treated impolite even after paying!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ambrosia, the buffet restaurant in Clarks Exotica, Bengaluru is on my list because of its desserts. They always make me smile. The gulukand sandesh, baked rasgulla and laung puri are my favourite. Many thanks to Mr. Rajender for a warm welcome and great hospitality.
