★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had to urgently move my grandfather to Aurangabad from Mumbai, had booked another ambulance who kept me waiting for 3hrs and eventually sent a Suzuki Versa, rejected it right away and called Ambucare, got their number from Google, these guys got the ambulance to the hospital in Bandra within an hour and drove us to Aurangabad within 8hrs which is an achievement considering the traffic and the condition of the roads. The ambulance was in fantastic condition and like the images displayed, the drivers were experts and knew the roads very well, it is due to their experience and intelligence we could cover the distance in that time. Overall extremely satisfied with the entire experience, to the point that I really wanted to post a review to appreciate the efforts by these guys.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is to inform every customer who checks the reviews online for Golden heart Ambulance please read the below incident which had happened. Don’t know who trustworthy are the owners and people who worked under them. The Golden heart ambulance driver had rammed into my car at Arhiant Hospital Borivali (WEST) . My car was moving out of the hospital gate and the so called driver who didn't had the proper licence also bumped my car from the back side while taking the ambulance reverse without seeing my car was moving out. The Driver was driving the ambulance with the category of licence MCWG and that too its learning licence. In good faith let the ambulance go since there was patient inside and let the driver go after clicking the pictures of him and the ambulance. (attached). Before booking these ambulance service I request the customer to check the driving licence of the drivers
Since from December 13 till I have been messaging to Doctors (card attached) Dr. Keshnath Chauhan & Dr. Prasahant Singh. Both these doctors are so unprofessional that keep avoiding my calls. I had to called from different numbers and they use to always say they will revert but as of today there is no revert on the what amount they will reimburse for my car.

First of all i would like to thank whole Ambucare team for fantastic support right from booking an ambulance from Divya madam with all detailed explanation about all facilities and assured services.
Dr Samir has really been very cooperative in our special requirements in an ICU.
Shifting my dad who is a heart patient from bombay to Ahmedabad was a nightmare for me.
Now in the journey my dad was very much comfortable and Dr Prashant Yadav made sure he is stable amd comfortable throughout the journey of 600kms / 8hrs.
He is Very much knowledgeable in his field and really a great person.
Not to forget Ambulance driver Dilip and ward boy along with him were absolutely fantastic.
Overall rating 10/10
