β β β β β Worst hospital
1) Doctors are not well capable and experiancd.
2) No tissue paper found in toilet.
3) Staff is impolite all the time.
4) Only one person is allowed to stay with the patient weather male or female.
5) Worst management to see in hospitality industry.
6) Won't find normal filtered water to drink all chilled water.
7) Water leakage in rain where people are sleeping in front of reception.
*****β *********Better avoid this hospital as much as possible worst medical cases been unreported due to lack of uneducated person as it is still rural area.**************

β β β β β During our travel through India we had to use a medical support. According to recommendations of our insurance company we went to Ambuja hospital in Gujarat. We've heard bad opinions about Indian hospitals, so we went there with anxiety. But our anxieties disappeared when we came into hospital. Inside was ideally clean, peaceful and prevailed nice atmosphere. First we went to emergency department where was given to us first aid and where we could rest while waiting for doctors visit.
After little time we went to ophthalmologist who very efficiently checked up swollen and painful eye of my friend, using state of art technology and had put diagnosis, just after hearing diagnosis my friend for a moment lost consciousness but immediately was called another doctor who provided help. Everything was happening in very hearty atmosphere and doctors were very engaged to help us. We have left this hospital reassured.
We are travelers from Europe and we wish that we could also in our country experience this kind of quality of service.

β β β β β Not recommended for patients need special treatments like kidney , cancer, orthopaedic
Front desk officer or receptionist plays all roles for customer executives, billing , OTD etc
They took almost 12 hours to shift patient from ICU to general ward
For some patients, they clearly disclose they have no specialists for the treatment after few days .
This is good initiative from Ambuja but at least backup good doctors.
I am relative of few patients treated

β β β β β It is completely not good hospital for middle or poor class. There is too much unnecessary charges taking from patients. If you are going for operated dressing then you have to purchase medical equipment outside hospital pharmacy along with doctor charge, hospital change, etc. Also, they force you to buy hospital mask and they don't allow you, your own mask it means not following government of India issued advisory time to time. I sincerely and strongly recommend you guys don't go or else you will be westing your money.
Many thanks!

β β β β β This hospital is not good for covid-19 patients. They are not allowing relative to meet with the patient once in day. Absence of relative for number of days patients become too much panic. Due to this patients condition getting worse rather than good. This kind of environment creating the worse condition for patient.
System to be change as soon as possible.
# covid-19 doctor behaviours are not good.
#Not have ENT surgeon. Must require at now(covid-19 wave).
# Covid-19 regarding Management to be revised.

β β β β β The hospital is clean and hygienic. well take care of OPD & IDP. Hygiene is the first importance of health. The rest of the town hospitals do not pay much attention to this matter. The charges are reasonable and in the package, so there is no issue of cheat

β β β β β It's a relief to have such a multi-speciality hospital in Kodinar, compared to past when we had to go to Veraval/Junagadh or other big cities to treat major/severe diseases. The staff is polite, tolerant and willing to serve.

β β β β β It's good but it couldn't fill the name multi-speciality because still many doctors to be appointed example no ENT, Pediatrician, gynecologist and many other are not there. Worst common washrooms for visitors.
