Amenity (Jockey Store) - Gurugram

Visited Amenity today, was a amazing experience . All the products of Jockey available and service is exceptional.

Very cooperative owner and good quality products.

Small congested shop but very nice, reasonable owner. The shop has almost everything you may need from Jockey.

Great showroom. Wide collection and cooperative staff.

Owner doesn't know how to behave. I won't recommend anyone to visit the store. The owner is very rude.

Great showroom. It has a wide variety of garments and casual wear. You can find anything and everything related to undergarments, T Shirts, sports wear etc. Great staff and 100% Customer satisfaction.

Very bad behaviour of owner, my wife went to return bad quality legging which got spolited in a week and only one wash and worn once. They refused to return saying you may have worn may times in 1 week. And behaved very badly. This is such a bad experience would not suggest anyone to buy from this store. Edit1: The arrogant owner has managed a lot of fake 5 star reviews in 2 days. Good for your rating here but everyone will know after reading this review that how you behave with customers.

Horrible ! to say the least The owner and staff always seemed rude and arrogant. Still, as the shop is in vicinity, I was their regular customer. My experience was horrible when I went to exchange a product. I had bought items worth Rs 4000 from this shop and went back to return one XL size jockey pajama worth Rs 800. The tag and bag was intact, only packaging paper was missing (I feel its irrelevant, and goes into the dustbin anyway). He was very ignorant at first, as soon as I started to address him, he would start looking deeply into his CCTV monitor screen (?????). His staff and finally he himself refused to exchange and I wish I had recorded the expressions and disgust on their faces ! Please avoid buying from this shop. I will never ever step into this shop again. My loss is hardly anything to what he lost, a regular customer !! Also Please don't go by good ratings, they must be friends and family ratings. I also looked at the comments from other dis-satisfied customers, what a similar experience we have had ! My reply to the owner's response - Do you recall the surging COVID cases April-21 onwards and subsequent lockdown which has only recently been lifted in Haryana ? I could not come earlier due to lockdown Thanks to the disrespectful behavior you showed to me in your shop, I was compelled to find the invoice at home. I bought stuff worth Rs 4000 that day only and worth similar amount on previous occasions too, as I said I was your regular customer !! The Product I intended to return has tag intact, I got the packaging bag but missing piece of packaging paper, which obviously is missing and lack of which I explained to you. You can arrange that package easily as you are jockey platinum outlet. But you are still adamant !! Certain things work on building customer relationship. You were ignoring me while I was addressing you and were rather looking in opposite direction, towards the CCTV monitor all the while. You and your staff were disrespectful, only trying to avoid an exchange. As I said, you lost a customer today. Jockey does not know that you lack customer sensitivity. I am sure they have many Platinum partners in the vicinity and I would be happy to be served by them.
