★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got here for covid vaccination, they make you wait at least an hour before they start registration, front office is pathetically slow. Prefer Spandan aur care hospital than this. Didn’t expect such service from a private hospital.
For first dose their system was so slow that have to wait for 45 minutes and for second dose I waited for almost an hour for registration only vaccination time different.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were at AOI for my dad's treatment for almost a month. The doctors are good, they provide great treatment and counselling. Dr. Timhane is a very good Insensitivist and takes good care of patient who needs ICU treatment in a best way.
However, there are lot of things missing in the hospital. It's called a corporate hospital but lacks staff - nurses, ward boys, admin. This is clearly visible as soon as one gets admitted. Nurses are not very trained except few in ICU. Most of them including house keeping staff don't show any empathy towards patient. One would definitely except better services if paying large bucks.
P.S. The charges are on very higher side compared to many other hospitals in Nagpur.
