★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This rating is not for the doctor but the facilities. No professionalism, no respect of patients time, irresponsible staff and unhygienic clinic.
I visited the clinic on 20th July 2021 with patient after getting a telephonic appointment for endoscopy. Appointment was at 8 am so we reached at 7:55. Upon reaching the clinic the receptionist asked us to wait on the stairs as they said the clinic needs to be sanitized. After 5 mins she said that you can come without any cleaning being done. I have seen small cockroaches roaming on the floor.
Now the receptionist has no idea about the appointment and asks to pay for visit charges. Upon saying that I came for an endoscopy she handed me a paper form for filing details.
Now we have been waiting for the doctor for the doctor for 1 hour and I asked her multiple times to contact the him but she was adamant and the patient had to wait. Till 9 am we did not had any news about the doctor and hence we left without getting the diagnosis.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hi all, I would like to share my experience with Dr. Vijay Kumar Rai. He is more of doctor than a doctor what I have experienced. His treatment, consultation are really amazing. He listens patients very carefully. I would say is a motivational doctor who not only treats patients but also motivates patient to be cured mentally. I had suffered from severe pancreatitis due to gall stone. His treatment and words are really fantastic. He is simply superb and excellent.
