★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They are cheaters, with no previous experience of developing residential project, they ventured on "The Ecos" and created huge problem for residents like -
1. No service lift for 12 floor building, so they instructed all to carry household items via stairs and even proposed charging for carrying items like Gas Cylinder, furniture, etc. Result - Residents are paying many thousands extra!
2. Full of false promise - They promised Eco Park side entrance gate while selling but after construction closed that citing no permission!!
3. In every steps asking extra money.
Stay away from all future projects of Amit Internationals, they are cheaters. Don't waste your hard earned money
