★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A guy who handles counter is very arrogant..very slow..he doesn't treat customer well.. he made us wait just to swipe a card for around 15mins when he was having hardly any customers on counter.. when we asked him to get it swiped he started arguing.. thank god he doesn't work at hospitals.. m giving him MINUS 10 STARS.. NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL..few steps ahead 2 medical stores r thr.. they are more humble n quick.. :)

Ordered a heating pad and paid for it. Wasn't heating so returned back with his staff. When I went to ask for my returned goods money. Denied completely and argued. Told the owner keep the heating pad and the money too as a donation for your poor status.
I should rate him below zero

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible stench in the shop.no place to stand. Totally shady place. You have to provide the requirement several times only then the staff responds,still giving incorrect medicines. The ower is some kind of antisocial person who is absolutely rude and despicible. The staff cannot read the names on the med strip/box. I would never trust such a chemist.
