I am writing this to share my genuine experience and help out the younger generation who have dreams to buy assets and save for there future. Just be careful with this developers( Apparao, VenkatRao and Ramakrishna). Me and my spouse faced lot of issues with them. After vizag is announced as an state capital, real estate dealers cheating are increasing. Especially if you are from an middle class background and have an dream to buy a plot, think twice before you start talking to an agent. When one of our family member approached them, they informed that it’s vuda approved plots, 100% guaranteed registration and will help to get the loan. But during COVID period, we weren’t able to get the loan through them and quietly these people took money from as an down payment. After down payment when we asked time to pay it since we weren’t able to get loan, they agreed. And when we finally were able to arrange the money for registration and after taking most of the amount, a day before registration they played on us. They along with actual owner as they revealed later informed us that they already sold the plot for another person and kept our money as well. All our money got stuck with them for many days, they used it for there own business development. We lost money alone with that ended up paying interest rate for the money we arranged. We went through so much mental stress and torture to get back money. We do have all legal documents to prove our claims.
Just be very careful friends, completely verify everything before giving money to these people and take receipt of everything you give and have legal proofs.
Do not get cheated!! Hope this will help someone out there.
