Due to the negligence of a caregiver, teacher and the principal,, my son got his head injured at school and they did not informed me or even they did not attend my call on that day. They patch up everything. They didn’t tell me about the injury.... They don’t listen to the parents or even I don’t think that a parent is mattered for them except when paying fee. I asked for the cancellation of admission due to the incident, their irresponsible behavior, irrelevant explanation of the incident and asked for 50% refund off what I paid but they refused to give it. They don’t have refund policy or any structured policies. Don’t know how did they fix high prices for a poor quality of service they provide, a basic expectation like child safety!???
WORST PLACE!! WORST MANAGEMENT!!!
