★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ammar tools and machinery india pvt ltd is one the oldest hardware tool in Bangalore. I found their retail outlet to be well stocked lik a supermarket but only for tools. Be it a power tool, hand tool or diy tools i think this will be my one stop destination for future requirements. I just made a call to check the price n availability then just visited their store to pick them. The store is around 100 metres away from Bangalore Town hall.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very rude behavior and this is not the staff, the owner itself is unprofessional and rude, even when we ask them to give any product details or explanation before purchase, they don't bother to explain and show you the feeling that, they are very very busy and if you want it buy it or else leave. This is the only shop in the whole market, i have found very unfriendly behavior.
However, they have good stock and collection of tools and models with them. But they have to improve their behavior and work towards making their customers feel comfortable and encouraged to visit them and make them their preferred place to visit and purchase.

Assume!?what Audocity!!!!You guys are lying..you should be ashamed to make up that story and post it..no body gave a sec to check what I wanted. And I remember a employe was setting another employees hair while we standing there for some assistance. Have some humility, instead of replying here, brief you employees how to behave.

Don't ever visit this store
The owner is so rude he just think he is a big shot in the market. He shows of his behaviour by the way of his rude talking.
Prices of the item is also very high almost double.
They have the availability of the items that does mean they can loot the customer. ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fantastic array of all types of tools and consumables. Very neat and clean store with an international supermarket type of ambience. Truthful pricing for genuine products. Very helpful and courteous owners. In my first visit, I was searching for sanding discs in many other stores but was unsuccessful in obtaining them. When I walked into Ammar Tools store, the owner was helpful to show a much better alternative from Taparia brand instead of the non-branded red sanding discs that I was using hitherto. I bought 2 dozen of these discs and in my second visit, I bought a full pack of 50 discs. Many thanks to the gentleman owner who guided me with this purchasing decision. From now onwards, this will be my one-stop for all hardware related purchases whenever I will visit the SJP Road market again.
