My son gifted me a recliner chair. I am a senior citizen and have a severe problem in my leg and my back. So my son got me this so that I can sit comfortably with my family and watch TV or attend guests.
The back rest of the recliner has lost its shape, as some screw on the right side is loosened. I have asked numerous times to get it repaired as it is still under warranty, but they are delaying it and have now stopped answering my calls and whatsapp messages.

Purchased a sofa cum bed from this seller via urban ladder . We were flabbergasted upon the product delivery . Though the overall packaging was good we had lot of disappointments.
