★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 21st June 2019: Updating my previous review and downgrading this firm to 1. Here is my experience: A person Lokesh got in touch with me for payment to keep the website running as it was 1 year since the website is developed and not it has to be updated. I sent him a mail saying I want my website to be completely redesigned and hence to have a call. He said yes, but never called on the scheduled time. Called me next week and asked the same question - you want to continue with your website? I told him on call this time that I want to redesign the website and hence can we schedule a call? He said yes, we agreed to a time. But again, never received any call. On top of yet, few days back this irresponsible guy sent a whatsapp message asking for payment (sent a invoice as well) to continue using the website. I was irritated to the core and told him that I am not interested in your services anymore!
Big time irresponsible people!
