AVRWA – Amrapali Village Residents Welfare Association: AVRWA represents the residents of Amrapali Village society as a collective body elected by its members. AVRWA currently is governed by its bylaws as per UP Apartment Act - 2010. The first elected body was formed in year 2009.

About Amrapali Village Society
Amrapali Village Society comprising of 950+ Flats is located off the NH-24 in the peaceful colony of Indirapuram, Ghaziabad. Society stands boldly on the landscape of Indirapuram with distinctive green and yellow bands and presently is among the largest high rise societies in the area. It has have underground parking, complete power back-up, Club, Swimming pool, etc. Occupancy of the complex has reached to almost 90% and is improving with every passing day. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited here on a fine sunday to meet my friend. Very large apartment building and mostly occupied. Visitors parking is vey small bit still staff helps you to park your car inside the compound. Few shops are available inside society so that basic item can be bought for daily use. Connected to highway so locating this society is not a big deal. Construction was completed in 2004 so you can see few plaster layers coming out of wall as of now.

Very well managed society with highly active RWA. The towers have been fully repainted in different colors.
Security camera and guards at every corner of society. All the lifts are well maintained.
A very big mandir managed professionally by RWA temple management committee. Recently Navratra was celebrated with fervour post covid.
The society is attached to the sports academy from within. The society has multiple parks , ample parking , plenty of convenience stores inside it , kids area , well functional swimming pool, functional and well maintained club, 3 entry and exit gates.
The distance of ITO even in peak hours is maximum 40 to 45 minutes from this society . It is surrounded by all prominent hospitals , schools, cinema halls, dual metro connectivity ( Blue line for Dwarka - Vaishali metro-1.8 km) and Noida 62 metro for Greater noida connectivity. Public transport is not a issue. Its a pretty safe place. A very low maintainence cost for 3bhk ( only Rs 3000) unlike the other society like Mahagun and ATS with exorbitant charges. The construction quality of Amrapali can be evaluated from the fact the society stands tall and well maintained even after 5 to 10 yrs when it's different phases were completed. Its a perfect society for people with middle level income who want to save and have all the amenities with security for their kids.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fabulous place to live. The society now opens on Meerut expressway. RWA and its management of society is excellent. Monthly maintenence is just Rs2200 to Rs3000. All amenities desired by a resident is available withing 2km be it metro connecting delhi or Greater noida, hospitals , schools, sports academy( within society), amenities like swimming pool, lively people who actively participate in cultural activities like Holi, Diwali, Dussehra, security camera and security staff, proper maintenence of society by its employees. A very grand , well managed for our spiritual needs and preservation of Dharma. Its a pet friendly society but with rules and regulations. Four to five convenience stores are within society. Sector 62 offers business district across the road. Its just 30 to 50 minutes from CP depending on travel time.
