★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service in Ratlam, Garden rooms have just the look. but don't expect anything from the staff, you have to carry your own basic things like hand soap, regular water, towel.
Staff doesn't have atticates to talk to customer, rudely behaviour.
In the bulk booking the are not providing basic complimentary things like hand wash.
Very disappointing..
