★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I booked a duplex in pebble bay phase 2 in August 2012 and the handover was in December 2015
I paid all the price upfront however the project is incomplete and is 10 years behind schedule
Mr Amrit pal Bindra agreed for a compensation of 1% of total cost per month of delay in December 2015 but he then renegade after paying 2 instalments.
Later he changed the conditions of allotment of completion of project from 36 months to 96 months in the registry this acting in a fraudulent manner by his assistant Mr Goswami under instructions.
I caution anyone booking a flat or home in this project especially any honest person as you will get a nasty surprise of unprofessional and fraudulent behaviour
